I was very successful at my business in the health and fitness industry helping others to lose weight, but I also struggled!
It was not until I discovered a new approach that I finally (hallelujah!) achieved a body I was happy with

 .....yes at 57 my first photo
in a bikini (it’s never too late!)

I have always had weight       challenges

 Just like you, I have been through the    misery of being overweight and having a negative body image. I have eaten through stress and emotion to try and cheer myself up because I felt so miserable.

Now I am happy with my size and know for sure that I won't suffer any more with weight challenges.

 

Those of you who suffer similarly will relate to my dieting history.  It  is not unusual, I have probably lost 500 lbs in my life, on and off, on and off, and so probably have you. 
 
Being in control of your size and eating brings about a feeling of tremendous FREEDOM and HAPPINESS.

I believe that losing weight is one of the hardest things you can do.  OPRAH WINFREY recently pointed out that even hugely successful people find it extremely difficult to lose weight.
 

My formula is - the 3 E's

Eat to energise not tranquilise.

Exercise appropriately and enjoy it!

Explore your mind.
 

Losing weight and maintaining a slim healthy body is A JOURNEY, we need to make it a wonderful, happy, learning, no going back journey.  All this is very hard to do on your own, that’s why an objective, professional coach is vital.
